Sample product page is approved before bulk import.
Data-entry, cleaning and photography responsibilities are named.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Immediate purchase versus enquiry/wholesale approval flow is clear.
Service zones, collection and out-of-zone handling are visible before purchase.
Delivery charges or quotation requirements are approved.
Unavailable items, cancellation, partial returns and refunds are defined.
Physical-store stock authority and sync limitations are documented.

PAYMENTS
Chosen provider and merchant account setup are confirmed.
Required API/plugin capabilities and production access are verified.
Staff can distinguish pending, failed and confirmed payments.
Duplicate attempts and mismatched amounts are tested with sample data.
Order reconciliation and refund responsibilities are named.
Provider fees and security requirements are confirmed with that provider.
Do not treat a payment logo as proof of a working integration.

STAFF AND OPERATIONS
Staff can find, process and record fulfilment of an order.
Permissions and leaver access-removal workflow are defined.
Backups, restoration, exports and updates have an owner.
Support arrangements and recurring bills are itemised.
Content-editing and operational training are included where required.

ACCEPTANCE
Test realistic phone navigation, variant choice, basket and checkout.
Test invalid inputs, unavailable products and failed payments.
Verify receipts/notifications reach the approved destination.
Run the same order through the staff fulfilment and reconciliation process.
Record result, date, approver and outstanding issues for each scenario.
