Good Morning Baby Shop serves Kenyan families from Nairobi CBD and needed an online store parents could trust as much as the shop counter. The brand needed warmth without losing credibility on safety-critical products like baby carriers and feeding gear.
We moved the store off WordPress onto a custom build. The storefront is organised the way parents shop: by category, by baby's stage from expecting to toddler, and by ready-made newborn bundles, with Deals za Leo, parent favourites and a section just for mums. Checkout takes M-Pesa by STK push, with Nairobi CBD pickup and delivery across Kenya.
The same system runs the business behind it. All 265 products, stock and orders live in one database with an admin dashboard and a counter till, staff sign in with their own PIN and role, and owners can check stock and takings from a phone. It is also built for Google Merchant Center product feeds and KRA eTIMS invoicing.
