( The work )

Good Morning Baby Shop already had a website from us. The counter needed the same care: a till that keeps selling when the internet drops, cashiers who sign in with a four-digit PIN, and an owner who can see what the shop is really making without adding up receipts.

We built a desktop POS that runs on the shop's Windows computer with its own local database and syncs between tills when a connection is available. The shop's full inventory of 250 products across 14 categories loads on day one. Cashiers ring up baskets by search or barcode, hold and resume sales, take deposits and print receipts on the thermal printer. M-Pesa confirmation codes are checked for the right format and can only be used once.

The owner gets an overview of revenue, gross profit and stock value, alerts for items that are out of stock or have not sold in 90 days, trends by hour and category, a full profit and loss, and 80 individual staff rights, so a stock manager never sees takings and a cashier sees only their own sales.
