Nairobi Scently

Nairobi Scently sells aroma diffusers, humidifiers and essential oils from a shop on Moi Avenue in Nairobi CBD. The shop needed a store that felt as premium as the products, worked for buyers anywhere in Kenya, and still ended in a WhatsApp conversation.

We designed a dark purple and gold storefront that shows the products glowing in real rooms: a signature-scents hero, free-gift deals, best sellers, new arrivals, a made-for-every-space section for homes, offices, hotels, spas and cars, and real customer reviews. Every price is in KSh, with same-day delivery in Nairobi, pay on delivery and M-Pesa.

Checkout sends the order straight to the shop on WhatsApp, and a floating AI assistant answers product questions and hands over to a person when needed. The team runs products, orders, clients, coupons, articles and policies from their own admin.
